32Deck.com "100% extra, up to $200", "100% match bonus" Promotion – Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”)

• You agree that by taking part in the 32Deck.com “100% extra, up to $200”, "100% match bonus" promotion (the “Promotion”), that you will be bound by these Terms as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).
• To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
  o be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
  o Not have already opened a Real Money Player Account with us on the Gaming Service; and must
  o not be resident in a Restricted Territory.
  
  (any player who meets this criteria shall be deemed a “Qualifying Player”)
• In order to open a “Real Money Player Account” players must have registered on the Gaming Service to open an account and deposited a minimum of 25 GBP or 25 EUR or 25 USD.
• Details of the time periods between which the Promotion runs, how to participate in the Promotion along with details of any bonuses or prizes (if applicable) (collectively “Prizes”) can be found in our Promotions page.
• Prizes (if awarded) will be paid into the winner’s Real Money Player Accounts within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the Promotion.
• For the avoidance of doubt, sign-up bonuses are payable only on the first deposit made by an Player in setting up a Real Money Player Account, and not any subsequent deposit
• If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Promotion we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Rules, to seek the return of any Prize from that player’s Real Money Player Account.
• Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of 32Deck or its group or one of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies (its “Group”), or suppliers or vendors (including their advertising, printing and publicity agencies) are not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account (“Unauthorized Persons”). Relatives of Unauthorized Persons are also not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account. For the purposes of the Rules the term “Relative” shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling of an Unauthorized Person. For the avoidance of doubt Unauthorized Persons and Relatives cannot be Qualifying Players.
• We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
• Our Group may use the information that you provide during the Promotion or Real Money Player Account registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing 32Deck support team.
• We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly, and by your continued use of the Website you accept any such modified terms.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
• If the Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and no Prize will be awarded.
• If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
• Bonus restriction: 32Deck.com requires that you wager four times the amount of the credits placed in your account relevant to the bonus offer (e.g. $100 + $25 x 4 = $500). Only one bonus per customer is permitted. Irregular playing patterns will be reviewed before processing your withdrawals. If you accept a bonus offer and bonus funds are added to your account, you will not be able to make any withdrawals from your account until you satisfy this bonus restriction.
• Refer A Friend restriction: 32Deck requires that your friends will wager four times the amount of credits placed in your friends account. After your friends will stand the restrictions you will get the "Refer A Friend" Bonus (you can find the amount of bonus at our promotions page). If you have questions regarding the restrictions of any particular bonus offer, please contact our Customer Care team with the bonus code or bonus offer, and we will provide you with a copy of the offer and the corresponding restrictions.
